Loved working with Russ at Take a Break Spas. We shopped around, talking with other companies before finding Take a Break Spas, and we were immediately sold. Over the top customer service and we were kept informed at all stages. Russ worked with us even when my family came down with covid and we were the ones who had to delay setup and delivery. The cost was the best we’ve found so getting the level of customer service to boot was a great surprise, since usually those two don’t go together. Trent and Hunter were great during the delivery and hookup process. Very knowledgeable and professional with an abundance of patience explaining the care and upkeep of the spa. Highly recommend.
