Service / Repair Technician

We are seeking a Hot Tub Service Technician to join our team! You will repair hot tubs, and their components at customer locations. Help customers troubleshoot their own spas for possible issues. Upsell products on site.
Responsibilities:
- Learn inner workings and parts about hot tubs
- Take care of the Service Vehicle you will operate.
- Work in the field on service calls after training.
- Repair spas in the shop to fix issues and restore the original functionality if there are not service calls
Qualifications:
- Mechanically inclined/ know tools
- Prior experience related to hot tub industry not required (We will Train you)
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs plus
- Work in all weather conditions outside
- Have a clean driving record for work vehicle insurance
- Able to work with people. Good Customer Service Skills, Upbeat and Patient with difficult situations
- Happy and positive attitude
- Has good problem-solving skills, because every job is different
- Mechanically inclined, good knowledge of tools of all kinds. Prior work experience with jobs like electric, auto, plumbing, or craftsman definitely helps the position but not necessary
