Very pleased with my experience with Ryan. He is super helpful and responsive. Highly recommend Take A Break. UPDATE: 06/13/22. You really don’t know a company until you have a product problem. The blower on my spa wasn’t working and Take A Break showed up, diagnosed it and sent a repairman out to fix the issue within about three days. That’s world class customer care. Take A Break has been great to work with! Our salesperson, Emma, was helpful in helping us decide what we wanted and was great to work with. We have enjoyed our hot tub so far. Whenever we have had any questions since getting our hot tub, Take A Break’ workers have been great to answer our questions.

Okay, I was confused about what chemical`(s) to use in my Hot Tub. Was driving by so I went in and asked. Not only purchased a chemical but was able to shop for some items for my Pool Table Room, AND They had a box of loose pool cue balls. So the manager or owner made me a GREAT DEAL on obtaining a cue ball that my grandkids lost a few weeks back at a family dinner. Definitely will shop here again!

We love our new Jacuzzi swim spa! The owner takes a vested interest in his customers. He even made a house call to iron out our installation hiccups. Thanks Emma for helping us get the perfect pool!

The kind and generous management at Take A Break Spas and Billiards donated a grill to our charity golf tournament fundraiser for JDRF and Type 1 Diabetes research! We also bought a Sundance Spa from them 2 years ago and every time I go in for product or troubleshooting, their staff is always super supportive and helpful!
